There is no alternative to education. This universal truth has been believed since time immemorial. Education is especially essential in today’s world. Keeping in mind the necessity of true education, Uttar Bishwanath College was founded in the rural area of North Bishwanath in 1994.

Since its establishment, this institution has been playing a great role in the development of the underprivileged area of North Bishwanath. Though it faced many challenges in the past, the college has now overcome most of its obstacles and managed to stand on its own feet.

A congenial atmosphere for education, good academic results, and quality teaching are among the strong pillars of our institution. These positive aspects are undoubtedly present in this college. Our goal is to create responsible citizens by nurturing humanistic values such as patriotism, civility, the drive for higher education, kindness, and—above all—a progressive mindset in our students. We can proudly say that we have been more or less successful in our mission.

I hope that, sooner or later, Uttar Bishwanath College will secure its position among the most distinguished educational institutions in the country, through proper management by the governing body, with active cooperation from guardians and students alike.

As the principal of the college, I earnestly request the local elite, both at home and abroad, to come forward for the betterment and development of this college. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all who were, are, and will be our companions in fulfilling this mission.
